Per-GPU-hour serving
Some providers serve models on rented accelerators rather than per token. Those rates are a different unit and are kept out of every per-token figure on this site — no spread, no histogram, no “from €X /1M”. Reproduced here as published, converted at the same fixed ECB rates.

Method & provenance
A high-level guide to what is included, how claims are checked, and where the limits are.
Go Europe AI is an evidence-led directory of organisations, models, services, prices, and infrastructure connected to the European AI ecosystem. It is a research aid, not an endorsement or a claim that every listed organisation is European-owned.
Coverage
Organisations are grouped by what they do: building models, providing inference or compute, conducting research, coordinating industry, or supporting public programmes. Source records are preserved while reviewed duplicates are brought together into one public profile.
Evidence
First-party and authoritative sources are preferred. Important claims are kept with their supporting source and reviewed conservatively. When the available evidence does not justify a conclusion, the directory says “unknown”, “unclear”, or “missing” rather than filling the gap.
Map
Headquarters are placed only when a reviewed city can be matched to the gazetteer. Shared-city logo mosaics keep that common location truthful and expand into individual organisations as you zoom. Infrastructure appears only when current LLM activity is supported at the stated facility or region; broad provider footprints are not treated as proof of a specific site.
Pricing
Published prices are taken from provider materials. Input, output, compute, and other charging units remain separate, and original currencies and caveats are retained. Euro comparisons are normalised for orientation, not presented as live quotes.
Sovereignty
Headquarters jurisdiction, infrastructure location, runtime dependency, ownership, and legal control are different questions. The directory keeps them separate instead of combining them into a single score where one favourable fact could hide another dependency.
Review and limits
Automated collection and analysis help find changes, but they do not publish sensitive claims on their own. Reviewed facts drive the public site. The directory is a dated snapshot of a moving market, so readers should follow the linked evidence and confirm commercial details before acting.
