Evidence-backed European AI register
Sovereign LLM evidence in Europe
A non-compensatory evidence framework showing what is verified, what remains unclear, and what is missing.
Dataset compiled 2026-08-27 · evidence over inference
No single sovereignty score
Sovereignty is not compensatory. Headquarters jurisdiction, ownership and control, runtime dependency, infrastructure geography, residency, subprocessors, portability, and assurance answer different questions. A favourable fact in one column never cancels an unresolved dependency in another.
How to read the evidence
“Infrastructure provider” confirms only a reviewed current compute product. “Provider-managed service stated” confirms exact current service language. “Unclear” means available evidence does not resolve the runtime question; “missing” means the reviewed field has no usable evidence. None of these labels proves facility ownership or EU-only processing.
