Profile note
Germany's contribution to OpenEuroLLM, the €37.4M EU project building fully open multilingual LLMs across 20 institutions and EuroHPC centres. Tübingen leads the pre-training pipeline (scaling laws) and the evaluation workpackage. Note the segment boundary: OpenEuroLLM itself is a pan-European consortium coordinated from Czechia/Finland, recorded here only through its German node. No models shipped yet.
