It is NOT an EU institution, consortium or state programme, despite the .eu domain and the name's resemblance to EuroLLM (the EU-co-funded Unbabel/Edinburgh consortium) and OpenEuroLLM (the €52M, ~20-organisation Commission-backed alliance co-led by Jan Hajič and Peter Sarlin).
