Profile note
Hungary's national LLM effort. 'PULI' is named after the Hungarian dog breed. NYTK produced the first instruct-following Hungarian LLMs. Note the mixed licensing: the BERT-scale task models are CC-BY-NC-4.0 (non-commercial), and the LlumiX line inherits Meta's Llama licences — so Hungary has no permissively-licensed national generative model comparable to Bielik. No API, no pricing.
