Profile note
Ukraine's official national LLM programme, named Siaivo via a public naming competition. Base model (Google Gemma) selected Dec 2025; first beta targeted spring 2026; open-source release promised after testing. Kyivstar is Ukraine's largest digital operator (24M customers; Helsi health platform with 28M registered patients; Kyivstar TV; Kyivstar Tech) and the only pure-play Ukrainian listing on US markets. As of verification the model is not released and there is no API or pricing. The de-facto best available Ukrainian open models today are INSAIT's MamayLM (Bulgaria) and Lapa LLM.
