Lyceum's official company About page states in the first person that it is headquartered in Berlin, and explicitly separates that from its European data-centre footprint.

Included mainly because it publishes an EU-hosted H100 rate and runs the most-cited independent European GPU price comparisons. Corporate details (legal entity, HQ, founding year, funding) could not be verified and are null; its own pricing page returned 403 so the rates come from its magazine and calculator pages.
