Profile note
The first and by far the broadest open Romanian LLM effort — eight+ model families spanning text and vision-language, all adapted from Llama/Mistral/Gemma/Qwen bases. The critical caveat for a directory: nearly everything is CC-BY-NC-4.0, i.e. research/non-commercial only, and licence terms additionally restrict use to Romanian. No API, no pricing. Institutional funder not stated on the org page — recorded as null rather than guessed.
