Profile note

Poland's official state LLM family, 11+ released models, owned by the Ministry of Digital Affairs and run through the HIVE AI alliance (NASK PIB lead, with Wrocław University of Science and Technology, IPI PAN, Institute of Slavic Studies PAN, OPI PIB, University of Łódź, ACK Cyfronet AGH). Pretrained/continued-pretrained on ~18B tokens (~17B Polish, 1B English). There is NO commercial metered API: access is (a) free weights, (b) a free public chat, (c) an mObywatel citizen-API integration restricted to public-sector bodies.
