Evidence boundaries
Organisation listings identify a reviewed canonical record. Model listings show an association in the source register; they do not by themselves establish model creation, current API availability, hosting location or infrastructure ownership.
Profile note
The only provider in this survey whose differentiator is thermodynamic rather than financial — EIC-funded heat-reuse compute is a genuinely European answer to datacentre energy politics, and it publishes its rates in euros, which almost nobody else does. But with no Hopper or Blackwell in the fleet it is not a realistic LLM training or inference host, and belongs in a directory as an HPC and sustainability entry rather than an AI-compute one. Its API is a job-submission model (Python/C#/Node SDKs), not a VM model.
