Security is in our DNA: Resistant AI was founded in Prague by nine security professionals in 2019, fresh from an acquisition of their first startup by Cisco. Currently, the company is headquartered in the United States, with offices in New York City, San Antonio, TX, London, UK, and Prague, Czech Republic.

Second-pass sweep found Resistant AI's own press-centre boilerplate stating 'Currently, the company is headquartered in the United States'. Context was checked on the opened page: the paragraph names Resistant AI and then refers to 'the company', so the wording binds to this organisation. Country-only positive with hq_city null, because the same sentence lists four office cities (New York City, San Antonio, London, Prague) without designating any of them as the headquarters city. This supersedes the earlier unresolved row for this slug.
