Norway's first sovereign AI factory, launched by the incumbent telco: NVIDIA H100 DGX capacity, all data resident in Norway, aimed at Nordic enterprises and public sector. In March 2026 Telenor and Red Hat announced a Nordic sovereign AI platform on top of it. It is GPU capacity plus a platform, not a model service — no models of its own and no published prices.
