The successor bet to GPT-SW3. Announced 20 Feb 2026, WARA AI-TRICS (AI Training and Inference Compute at Scale) is a new WASP research arena spanning eight Swedish universities, building a Swedish model trained on high-quality, editorially reviewed data licensed from Swedish media and publishers with explicit copyright protections — a deliberate contrast to web-scrape training. Compute is Berzelius. No model, licence or release date published yet; this is the biggest 'watch this space' item in Sweden.
